Here are details of The Westland Hotel terms and conditions.
To guarantee a booking we require a deposit equivalent to the first night's room charge on
a per room per booking basis.
We accept all major credit cards. When guaranteeing
a booking with a credit card, the card holder/signatory must be present at check in or
make other arrangements with Reservations.
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to
arrival for National guests and 48 hours for International guests to enable a refund in
full.
Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed but we will
always endeavour to meet guest's requests and requirements.
We will upgrade singles to twins/doubles at no
extra charge whenever possible.
Room rates include Full English Breakfast. No
deduction can be given for taking Continental or no breakfast at all.
Complimentary use of the Hotel Car Park requires
that the driver/owner deposits the vehicle keys along with any access codes with
Reception. Hotel management takes no responsibility for the safety of your vehicle. There is a small charge for the use of the car park please ask reception.
Check out time is Noon.
Check in time is 1 p.m onwards. However we will
endeavour to offer rooms earlier depending on availability. Should accommodation be
required for an early occupancy we recommend that the reservation is made to include the
previous evening as we are not obliged to release rooms prior to 1 p.m.
Please contact us about deposit details etc. for
group bookings of five rooms or more.
